We want you to love everything you buy from LUXE. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unopened item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Unopened items in original packaging

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are then processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–2 business days
- Store Credit: Instant — plus 10% bonus
How to Return

Receive Label
We'll email you a prepaid return label within 2 hours. No printer needed — just show the QR code at any post office.

Drop Off
Pack the item securely and drop it at any authorized location. DHL will scan the QR code and take it from there.

Get Refunded
We'll notify you once your return is received and processed. Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within 12 months of purchase, we offer a free replacement under our warranty. Just send us a photo and your order number — no need to return the faulty unit.
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? Place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund. This ensures you get your new item faster while we process the return separately.
