Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are then processed to your original payment method:

Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within 12 months of purchase, we offer a free replacement under our warranty. Just send us a photo and your order number — no need to return the faulty unit.

Exchanges

Want a different color or size? Place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund. This ensures you get your new item faster while we process the return separately.
