How We Package
Every LUXE order is shipped in a plain, unmarked box with no product description or branding on the outside. The return address shows "LX Tech Corp" — not LUXE. Even your courier won't know what's inside.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a DHL tracking link. You can also view live tracking in your account dashboard.
Customs & Duties
For orders under $150, we cover any customs fees. For larger orders to certain countries, you may be responsible for local import duties. We label all items as "personal massagers" to minimize customs scrutiny.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact our support team and we'll investigate immediately. If your package arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge.
